Sailing cruises 2026

In June, we will first set sail on a longer trip from Fehmarn to Gothenburg to gain miles and experience. The following trips will take us to the Swedish archipelago at the most beautiful time of midsummer.
In August, we will set sail from Burg on Fehmarn. Exciting training trips await you between the German Baltic Sea coast and the Danish archipelago. And the legendary Pirates love music trip is back!
In autumn and winter, we will probably head south again. (in planning)

To Scandinavia in the most beautiful time of year

"From Fehmarn to 🌈 Westpride in Gothenburg" (FLINTA*)
Mile trip (250–300 nautical miles)/ navigation trip

This trip is ideal for getting started with the different types of navigation or for putting what you have already learned into practice and building on it. You can also collect the miles required for the SKS ( Coastal Skipper) here.

You can expect a very varied navigation experience with open stretches, busy shipping routes, remote islands, quiet bays and narrow archipelago fairways. On the route from Fehmarn through the Danish islands and the Kattegat, we can work in the traditional way with paper charts and compasses to calculate our courses and/or create our route with chart plotters, navigation apps and waypoint navigation. Once we reach the Swedish archipelago, it’s all about navigating by sight and correctly identifying landmarks and navigation marks.

If you like, you can try your hand at being the skipper for the day and planning the route.

We will visit various ports, but there will also be opportunities to anchor. You will also have the chance to experience a summer night cruise with its endless twilight and brief darkness.

The trip ends in Gothenburg. On Saturday (after cleaning the boat together), we can round off the trip here at 🌈Westpride, Sweden’s second largest Pride parade.

No prior knowledge is required. You can actively participate in the operation of the ship (from setting sails and steering to navigation) and will be shown and explained everything that interests you. But you can also just let yourself be rocked by the waves and enjoy the passing landscape. As this is a route trip, you should expect longer sailing days.

13th - 20st june 2026 Gothenburg/Sweden- Gothenburg
“Wind and waves in the Swedish archipelago” (FLINTA*)
Holiday trip with weather focus

We start in Gothenburg and find ourselves right in the middle of the western Swedish archipelago with its thousands of small and large islands, each of which looks different: round rock domes covered with colourful lichens, wooded hills, flower meadows, barren steep cliffs, islands with isolated small houses or fishing villages… The exciting navigation through the rocky labyrinth never ceases to amaze. At night, we can visit small harbours, anchor or even moor directly at the rocks.

On this trip, we will focus intensively on the big topic of every sailing trip: the weather and its effects at sea.

We will look at the big picture to understand what determines the weather in our latitudes, how high and low pressure areas form and move, and what we can expect. We will look at the clouds and weather reports and learn what conclusions we can draw from them. We will plan the exact route together in order to make the most of the wind and weather and minimise the use of the engine.

No previous experience is necessary. You can actively participate in the operation of the ship (from setting sails and steering to navigation) and we will explain and show you everything you are interested in, but you can also just let yourself be rocked by the waves and enjoy the passing landscape.

[🌈 Westpride starts in Gothenburg at 1 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you are interested in joining the crew from the previous trip to take part in the Pride Parade, you can come on board in the morning and drop off your luggage.]

20st - 27th june 2026 Gothenburg/Sweden - Gothenburg
“Midsummer in the Swedish archipelago” (all gender)
Holiday cruise

We start in Gothenburg and find ourselves right in the middle of the western Swedish archipelago, with its thousands of small and large islands, each of which looks different: round rock domes covered with colourful lichens, wooded hills, flower meadows, barren steep cliffs, islands with isolated small houses or fishing villages… The exciting navigation through the rocky labyrinth never ceases to amaze. At night, we can visit small harbours, anchor or even moor directly at the rocks.

Depending on the weather and the mood of the crew, we can also take a longer trip towards Norway and back. This would involve a longer sail outside the archipelago in at least one direction, possibly with night sailing.

No matter what we decide, it never gets boring in the archipelago. And with a lot of luck, we may even see some rumble dwarves and wild druids 🙂

No previous experience is necessary. You can actively participate in the operation of the ship (from setting sails and steering to navigation) and have everything you are interested in explained and demonstrated to you, or you can simply let the waves rock you and enjoy the passing landscape.

“Maneuver training for crew and skippers – without exam stress”   (FLINTA*)
Training trip

Sailing maneuvers, mooring and casting off, trip planning, crew coordination- On this trip, you will have the opportunity to practise exactly what you want to do with professional help and a practical approach.

In contrast to classic sailing license training trips, we also have the opportunity to try out different versions of manoeuvres. We are not interested in perfection, but in learning and gaining experience in a playful way and with as little fear as possible.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced skipper – you never stop learning and all FLINTA* are welcome in our crew.

15th – 22nd august 2026 Burg/ Fehmarn – Burg
“Sailing in the Danish South Seas – and nothing works without technology…” (FLINTA*)
Holiday trip with a focus on technology

While we explore the Danish island world – sailing, anchoring and going for a swim – we also take a loving look at the technology that, when it works, makes our sailing life easier.

There is always something to maintain or repair on board a ship. Whether it’s the engine, steering gear, rigging, pumps, electrics or safety equipment – we take a look at what’s important:

How do we keep an overview, what can we do ourselves, where can we find information and help? The focus will depend on the interests of the participants. No previous knowledge is required. You can actively participate in the operation of the boat (from setting sail and steering to navigation) and will be explained and shown everything that is of interest, but you can also simply let yourself be rocked by the waves and enjoy the passing scenery.

22nd – 29th august 2026 Burg/Fehmarn – Burg
“Pirates love music!” (all gender)
Holiday trip

On this cruise, we will focus on non-cismale pirates from world history and end the evenings in true pirate style with homemade music. Of course, you don’t have to be musical; just enjoy singing along or listening. But if you want, feel free to bring ship-ready musical instruments! LaCrèw will contribute books on the subject and will most likely be there with an accordion and guitar.

We will set sail from Fehmarn and let the wind decide where we go. North to the Danish islands, west to the Flensburg Fjord, south to the Bay of Lübeck or east towards the Bodden waters.

No previous knowledge is required. You can actively participate in the operation of the ship (from setting sails and steering to navigation) and have everything you are interested in explained and demonstrated to you, or you can simply let the waves rock you and enjoy the passing landscape.
