Our pricing system
We are aware that not everyone has the same financial means and that sailing is a hobby that many people, especially marginalised people, cannot afford.
In order to make it possible for as many people as possible to take part in our trips, we have come up with a three-tier pricing system.
The prices for our trips are made up of the charter fee for the boat, insurance, running costs and our salaries.
We generally offer a discount when booking trips of several weeks.
Our vision is to find funding opportunities in the future to enable people without the appropriate financial resources to participate in cruises.
The normal price is the price that covers our expenses and allows us to earn a fair wage.
The reduced prices take into account that not everyone has the means to pay the normal price.
We rely on a relevant number of participants to pay the normal price so that we can finance our commercial and living expenses.
If you are unsure about what price is appropriate for you, you can read through this list as a guide. The statements are based on the Green Bottle Method, an economic justice tool developed by Alexis J. Cunnigfolk.
